VEHICLES

Use to report both:

• Auto Physical Damage (UU Vehicle) and/or
• Auto Liability (other vehicle or property damaged by UU Vehicle)

If renting a vehicle, please refer to the Rental Vehicle section of the URIS website for additional details.

PROPERTY

Use to report damage to a UU building or UU property (equipment/contents/cash/UU cart/ATV).

• A $5,000 deductible applies to each loss.
• Refer to the Property Loss Recovery Procedures for additional details.

GENERAL LIABILITY

Use to report non-employee bodily injury or personal property liability resulting from use of U of U buildings, premises or University operations.

Examples may include:  

• slip/trip/fall on UU property
• UU classroom/lab injury
• Non UU property/vehicle damaged by a UU cart/equipment or ATV
• UU bldg. elevator or door cause bodily injury

OTHER

The U has established practices for reporting, investigating, filing and follow-up on incidents and accidents. Please refer to the general guidance provided on where to report incidents and accidents not managed by U Risk & Insurance Services.
